Pierre Appremont and Samuel Drouin had the pleasure of assisting the teams at MAGELLIM REIM (formerly Foncière Magellan) with the acquisition of a mixed-use property (residential and office) located at Place Saint-Michel in Paris for €1.2 million.
After extensive renovation work, the asset is expected to be converted into a 5-star boutique hotel and will be monitored in the meantime by ArMen Asset Management, a hotel management specialist and subsidiary of MAGELLIM since last year.
