GALM is very pleased to welcome Priscillia Negre

GALM Avocats continues to expand with the creation of a department dedicated to urban planning and environmental law, and announces the arrival of Priscillia Negre as a partner to head it up.

Member of the Paris Bar for over 10 years, Priscillia Negre draws on her expertise in complex real estate transactions and advises on all issues related to regulatory and operational urban planning, commercial development, approval of business premises, changes of use and public access buildings. She also has recognised expertise in public property and land management (expropriation, pre-emption), as well as environmental issues such as ICPE (classified installations for environmental protection), IOTA (classified installations for environmental protection), exemptions from the prohibition on the destruction of protected species and land clearing authorisations.

Priscillia's arrival marks an important milestone in the firm's growth. The creation of the Urban Planning and Environmental Law department responds to growing demand from our clients for cross-disciplinary, strategic support on projects that reconcile economic development, innovation and respect for environmental balance,’ says Olivia Michaud.

‘I am honoured to join GALM Avocats to develop a practice dedicated to urban planning and the environment. These areas are central to the issues faced by our clients and will enable us to offer them comprehensive support at every stage of their projects — from design to implementation, through to legal security and litigation,’ adds Priscillia Negre.
