Our legal and tax teams are proud to have assisted ETERNAM in establishing a strategic partnership with Dunamis Hospitality, a key player in the French hotel industry.
Led by Arnaud Guérin, Pauline Damblant and Sébastien Bonami on the corporate side, and Pierre Appremont and Pierre Perol on the tax side, we worked on:
• the creation and structuring of the investment vehicle dedicated to the Club Deal,
• the complete implementation of the partnership, including the negotiation and drafting of the shareholders' agreement, as well as all the documentation relating to the acquisition of the stake.
This was a stimulating project with high added value, which once again demonstrates our ability to support our clients in their most strategic operations !
