GALM is very pleased to welcome Benoit Menez

GALM Avocats continues to expand with the addition of Benoit Ménez to the Real Estate Taxation Department, where he joins the team led by Pierre Appremont as a partner.

Benoit Ménez primarily advises on complex real estate transactions for both institutional operators and investment funds, focusing on the acquisition and management of real estate portfolios, the establishment of partnerships, and value-added transactions. He also regularly advises on mixed-use transactions where real estate serves as a key driver of value creation, particularly in sectors undergoing significant transformation such as hospitality, healthcare, data centers, and logistics.
With nearly eight years of experience at the firm De Pardieu, Benoit Ménez also spent more than five years at leading Anglo-Saxon firms, where he developed recognized expertise in the tax structuring of real estate investments and in advising French and international clients.

His arrival is part of GALM’s development strategy aimed at strengthening its position in highly technical real estate transactions and offering its clients leading-edge tax expertise, in perfect synergy with the firm’s other practice areas.

Benoit's arrival marks an important milestone in the firm’s growth. It will allow us to consolidate and complement our expertise in tax matters, drawing on Benoit’s extensive experience in the real estate sector. This will enable us to further enhance the support we provide to our clients in tax matters,” says Pierre Appremont

“I am honored and very pleased to join GALM Avocats and Pierre Appremont’s team. The firm’s positioning, the quality of its teams, and its entrepreneurial approach offer an ideal environment for developing a real estate tax practice dedicated to complex and innovative transactions,” adds Benoit Ménez.
