Priscillia Negre has been practising law for over ten years in the areas of urban planning, development and the environment, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
She assists developers, landowners, planners, industrial companies and public actors in securing the legal and regulatory aspects of their projects.

Her expertise covers regulatory and operational urban planning (building permits, approvals, change of use), commercial development, land management (expropriation, pre-emption) and environmental issues (ICPE, IOTA, protected species, land clearing). She also works on the strategic aspects of projects: regulatory audits, risk analyses, drafting of deeds and management of appeals.

Before joining GALM Avocats, Priscillia practised for several years at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, where she gained solid experience in urban planning and environmental law, which she now puts at the service of the firm's clients in a strategic and operational approach.
