Benoit Ménez is a tax lawyer specialising in property tax, corporate tax, tax litigation and private wealth management.
He specialises primarily in complex real estate transactions, working on behalf of both institutional investors and investment funds in the acquisition and management of real estate portfolios, the establishment of partnerships, and high-value-added transactions.
He also regularly advises on mixed-use transactions where real estate is a key driver of value creation, particularly in sectors undergoing significant transformation such as hospitality, healthcare, data centres and logistics.
With nearly eight years’ experience at De Pardieu, Benoit Ménez also spent more than five years working at leading Anglo-Saxon firms, where he developed recognised expertise in the tax structuring of real estate investments and in advising French and international clients.
Benoit is a member of the IACF.
